Senior Analyst (Surface Transport) - Climate Change Committee


Jack leads on road transport at the Committee on Climate Change. He is responsible for the Committee’s analysis of progress in reducing emissions from road transport and for developing scenarios for the sector’s contribution to meeting the UK’s carbon budgets. Before the CCC Jack was an analyst at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, working on a variety of projects, including analysing the energy consumption of the UK’s Energy Intensive Industries such as steel and chemicals. Jack has a PhD in physics from the University of York and is a keen cyclist, but would like to own an electric vehicle when he can afford one.
