Commenting on the rescheduling of SVT to LCV2015, Mike Richardson, Chair of the SVT Steering Committee, said "The quality of papers submitted to the Sustainable Vehicle Technology Beyond Conventional Powertrain Conference was exceptionally high and we were keen to see that the conference could be rearranged as soon after the original June dates as possible. The offer from Cenex to host in early September was therefore well received and we have been pleased to have been able to support Cenex and IMechE to make the necessary arrangements."

Richard Folkson, President, Institution of Mechanical Engineers said "We are very pleased to be working with Cenex on the rescheduled SVT event. The SVT conference developed themes studied at an earlier SVT event. Through events and publications IMechE aims to provide Automobile Division members with unique learning and networking opportunities and we welcome the support of the Steering Committee and Cenex to help with the rescheduling of the SVT event. It is our intention that the technical papers for the SVT conference be made available download from both the Cenex-LCV website and the IMechE website after the event."

Robert Evans, CEO of Cenex noted "We welcome the collaboration with IMechE and the endorsement of the original supporting partners, Advanced Propulsion Centre, Jaguar Land Rover and Warwick University, for the rescheduling of the SVT event to Cenex-LCV2015. LCV2015 provides a uniquely comprehensive technology showcasing and networking event for motor industry engineers actively developing next generation low carbon vehicle technologies. We are very pleased to have been able to accommodate a large proportion of the original SVT speakers within the LCV2015 seminar programme."
